Characteristics and values of student membership
There are 5 million students in the Greater Bay Area’s higher education institutions, many of whom stay to work in the area after graduation. Furthermore, the Greater Bay Area is home to dozens of universities in the QS top 200 rankings, making this student demographic a valuable potential member base for Cathay. At the same time, Gen Z students have strong online influence, which could significantly boost Cathay's reputation, creating high commercial value. Hence, we propose our Fly Young initiative with the tagline "GBA Students Join Today, Fly with Cathay Forever."
